How do i install Lightroom presets on Adobe Lightroom CC 2021 ?
You got the presets you wanted and you would like to install it on your Lightroom CC ?
The process is quite simple, juste follow the guidelines 🙂
1 - Extract the files of your downloaded compressed file
Let’s say you just downloaded your Lightroom Presets Pack, for instance from my available presets 🙂
The first step is to unpack it. Use an archive extractor, like Winrar or 7-zip.
Choose the path where to extract it :
Choose the path you want the app to unpack to and click “OK”.
You’re done, GG.
2 - Open your Adobe Lightroom CC 2021
Do I really need to screenshot this step ? Really ?
3 - Go to your Develop tab
If everything goes well, you should already be there while you just opened your Lightroom.
But it’s not impossible that you’ll get first to the Library tab according to the preferences you set up.
The Develop tab is situated at the top of your Lightroom.
Right Here :
4 - sEARCH FOR YOUR PRESETS WINDOW
The presets window is normally located at the left of your screen now. Here again, you could possibily have changed its location in the past. If you did, just search for it in the Window tab at the top left corner in the menu.
So, except this situation, you should see it here :
5 - Click on the small "+" to add presets
Yeah you can’t say that’s tough!
Just click on this “+”, it’s just at the top of the Presets tab, you can’t miss it !
Click “import presets…”.
6 - Open the Lightroom pack from the Navigator
Search for the files you unpacked earlier.
You should see that inside now :
All the pack you bought are here. You just need to select all the ZIP files and click “Import”
7 - Happy Editing ! 🙂
You’re done ! The presets are now in the presets window at the left side of your Lightroom in the Develop tab.
